Veterans Affairs Voluntary Services (VAVS).

Juanita is the National VFW Auxiliary / Department of Texas Reps and plans the VA Patients Christmas Party every year at the Temple VA, she does it with District 14 Auxiliaries participating. Usually, we have the Christmas party every year, but due to COVID-19 this year all the VFW Auxiliaries from our District got together and filled 300 bags of goodies for them. Then the Department VAVS Rep Juanita with her 2 VAVS deputies Bea Kinard from Post 1820 and Gail Stern from Post 3393 present them to the Temple VA Hospital. Article by Karen Kaylor.
